1、遵守《中华人民共和国环境保护法》、《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》等法律法规。 2、文明作业，运输过程中无超载、超速和漏撒现象。 3、合理安排作业时间，控制作业噪音，避免对居民的影响。 4、拆解中心内每周进行一次卫生清洁，清洁费用由乙方承担。 5、合法经营，严禁偷倒、乱倒垃圾，严防产生二次污染、破坏环境的非法行为。 6、认真做好防火工作，禁止闲杂人员进场，严禁带火种进场。



自合同签订之日起一年
